Big ups to Spirit for taking what I had done with a one-take freestyle and turning it into a pretty dope track.
This is the first time I have fully written, recorded, and released a song!

This is a monumental moment for me because it has taken me 41 years to stop listening to other voices tell me about what I can and should do and realize that you are never too old to be dope.

I first started DJing in college and started making beats when I moved to Los Angeles right after college. By the age of 26, I was convinced that I was too old to be pursuing a silly music career.

I was wrong.

Do what you want and do it now.

It is never the wrong time to pursue your passions, embrace your creativity, or expand beyond your self-imposed limitations.
